What to expect with handmade products?

Handmade products are not like mass produced products. They have their own unique characters from wood grain, to paint strips. No two products are identical. There also will be imperfections, but they are imperfectly perfect gifts!

are the materials made in china?

No, most of the materials are made in the US. Except that I am made in China, literally. LOL!

In fact, most of the materials I used are environmental friendly. I use ECOS wood stain, Purecolors Clear Coat finish, Real Milk Company Milk Paint and finish cream, as well as different non toxic chalk paints.

when will my order be ready?

Most of the products are made to order. Different products requires different process time to fulfill the order. But generally, they wyll be ready within 5 business days. Bigger projects might take up to 10 business days.
If you are purchsing personalized items, extra designing time and proofreading time will be added before the production of the item. The length of this time depends on your responsiveness to email/text communication, and the time it needs to find the design you like.

What is the Shipping cost Method and Time?

Shipment will be fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and the delivery time will depend on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.

What is local pickup?

Local pickup is for customers who live in Eastern NC (including but not limited to Greenville, Winterville, Ayden, Grifton, Kinston areas) who can meet locally to pickup their orders. This will save you the cost of shipping.

Pickup locations are available near Winterville fire tower road, Winterville Sam’s Club, Grifton downtown area and Kinston downtown area. I will email and text you after I receive the order so we can arrange a pick up time and localtion at your earliest convenience.

How do I choose local pickup?

Under “Your Order” (left side of the check out page”, choose “Local Pickup” under “Shipping”, then your shipping fees will be waived. Then you can either choose “pay upon delivery” or “Credit Card/Debit Card” payment method for check out.

What is "Pay upon delivery"?

“Pay upon delivery” is an option for your to see and examine the products before paying for them.
If you are satisfied with the products, you can pay with cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, Paypal or Credit Card.
If you are not satisfied with the products, you do not have to pay for them, or you can request an exchange.
This payment method is only available for “Local Pickup” Option.

Do you deliver in person?

I can deliver with a delivery fee depending on where you live. Please leave me a note at check out so we can discuss the possibility.

What if my order was delivered but I can't find it?

1. Check all side doors and your mailbox, with neighbors,or ask your family/friends who live with you if they got the package for you. 2. Wait a coupl of days – USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as “delivered” prematurely. 3. Contact the local post office, provide the tracking number, and let them know what happened to see if they can identify and solve the problem.

 

What is your refund policy?

I will refund you the full amount of the product(s) plus taxes if you are not satisfied with the product(s).
Refund will be returned to you with your original payment method.
