Where do I find my purchase?
For purchases of digital downloads. Therefore, you will not receive any physical products in the mail.
You will receive a link from contact@onceuponatree.net for your digital product. Please follow the following steps to find your download link:
1. Sign in to onceuponatree.net on a web browser and go to “My account” from the top right menu.
2. On “My Account” page, click on “Downloads” from the left hand side menu.
3. This will take you to the Downloads page.
Please note that if your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will appear grey.
I still cannot find my downlink link/email.
Start off checking your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, make sure to also check the Social and Promotions tabs. If the email is still nowhere to be found, adding contact@onceuponatree.net to your address book or safe list can be helpful for locating such emails in the future.
How do I unzip my digital art?
For Windows, right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All”. Choose the destination folder for the unzipped files and click “Extract” to begin. Once the extraction is complete, you should see the unzipped files in the destination folder. Alternatively, you can also extract files by double-clicking on the ZIP file and using the “Copy to” or “Move to” commands.
For Mac, double-click the ZIP file to open it. Click and drag the files to a new location, or click “Extract All” and choose the destination folder. Click “Extract” to begin the extraction process. Once the extraction is complete, you should see the unzipped files in the destination folder. Some Macs can also extract files by double-clicking them.
Where do I print my digital art?
You have the option to print your digital art at home, at a print shop (e.g., Walmart, Walgreens, FedEx, etc.), or at an online print shop (e.g., Walmart.com, Walgreens.com, Shutterfly.com, etc.)
Please refer to your printable instructions in your download for further details.
I cannot upload my files to Walgreens.com.
All the JPEG files are in CMYK/16 format, which is the best color option for printing. Unfortunately, Walgreens does not accept this format. If you choose to print at Walgreens.com, please message me with the size ratio you would like, and I will send you a file with a different format that will be compatible with Walgreens’ requirements.
What kind of paper should I choose?
For a better result, opt for a cost-effective choice such as heavyweight matte paper, card stock, or giclee art paper.
Where can I get frames?
For affordable frames, you can check out department stores such as Walmart, Target, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, or Amazon.com, etc.
For beautiful frame collections in U.S. check out frameiteasy.com, finerworks.com, and framebridge.com.
For Canadian options, try artalo.ca or framehaus.ca.
For U.K. options check out habitat.co.uk, therange.co.uk, or johnlewis.com

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital items, refunds are not available once downloaded. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me to see if a resolution can be reached.
